Based on Revision 7 of Article 5 Florida Statutes, all State Court Circuits will offer reduced-rate, court-provided mediation for those parties who request it, in both Family-Law cases and County-Civil cases. Family Law rates are $120.00 per party, per session for parties whose combined income ranges between $50,000 and $100,000; $60.00 per party, per session for parties whose combined income is less than $50,000.  County Civil cases rates are $60.00 per party, per session.  All fees must be paid to the appropriate Clerk of Court's office prior to mediation.
