In order to apply for any position vacancies, please submit a separate, completed State of Florida application for each vacancy in which you have an interest. You may obtain a State of Florida application from the Office of Personnel Services or you may download an application by clicking on the following: State of Florida Application.  If you are applying for a non-state funded position you may download an application by clicking on the following: Non State Funded Employment Application. The successful applicant will be subject to a Criminal Background Check.

The Florida State Courts System does not accept electronically transmitted applications. Please mail your completed application to the address listed for each respective vacancy in which you would like to be considered. Your application must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the indicated closing date.
