Based on Revision 7 of Article 5 Florida Statutes, all State Court Circuits will offer reduced-rate, court-provided mediation for those parties who request it, in both Family-Law cases and County-Civil cases. Family Law rates are $80.00 per party, per 90-minute session for parties whose combined income ranges between $50,000 and $100,000; $40.00 per party per 90-minute session for parties whose combined income ranges between "Indigent" and $49,999.  County Civil cases rates are $40.00 per party per 90-minute session.  All fees must be paid to the appropriate Clerk of Court's office prior to mediation.
