Effective January 1, 2016, the Escambia County Clerk of Court will no longer accept proposed Orders through the Florida Court E-Filing Portal.  Please note the following Divisional Preferences:


Please file all pleadings/motions with the Clerk of Court. Courtesy copies are welcomed with the emailed proposed orders; however, any courtesy copies furnished for the Judge should be submitted only as a copy of the document filed with the Clerk of Court which includes the electronic filing number, date, and time stamp. Motions received at the Judge's office via e-mail, or any other means, are not considered "filed" and will not be processed until properly filed with the Clerk of Court. Any motions/pleadings received without the electronic filing information will be rejected as "not part of the record."


Effective August 1, 2017, all proposed orders (with a courtesy copy of the e-filed motion) are to be sent to   in Microsoft Word format. 


When you name the document and the email, please start with the case number/clerk number, last name of child and what type of order you are submitting (i.e. 2017 CJ 756 Hamilton Order to Continue).


For any party that you wish to receive a conformed copy from the Court, an email address is necessary.
