ALL PROPOSED ORDERS/JUDGMENTS SHOULD BE IN MS WORD FORMAT AND FILED THROUGH THE FLORIDA E-PORTAL.

All proposed orders must include the names and e-mail addresses of all parties who will need to receive e-service of the Court’s Order.
